1. Who are the workers on the DoviApp platform?
Workers on DoviApp are professional entrepreneurs in the different fields. Often, they have several years of practical experience on the area in which they registered.
Before being admitted on the DoviApp Platform, credentials of workers have been checked to validate that they have the skills needed for the sector in which they register.
In addition, the DoviApp team trains all workers, in particular on extra-personal skills which enables them to serve the clients with respect and consideration.
By doing so, DoviApp ensures that each client receives the consideration and the excellent treatment that they deserve.
2. What to do if you have a problem with one worker?
In case you have any issue to report on the application or on any worker, you are invited to communicate with the DoviApp contact center. Our professional team of experts will attend to you and help you address the issue you face.
To report issues on workers, you may also add comments on the worker’s profile directly from the App.
In dealing with the worker, it is essential for client to report accurately the prices that have been paid to workers.
The liability of DoviApp is limited to the work done via the App and to the amount paid for the service rendered.
Note that DoviApp will not provide any support for any transaction made between the Client and the Worker which is not recorded or accurately recorded on DoviApp.
3. When can I access workers on DoviApp?
DoviApp is available for use at any time during the day or the night. Each worker on DoviApp has the freedom to define the time during which they will work. In general, availability of workers in high during daytime and may reduce during night times. Worker that are not available will not be contacted if a request is made via DoviApp.
In case you have any issue finding workers available online at a certain point in time, you may communicate with the DoviApp Contact center for assistance.
4. How is the price established?
When you do a booking, you will be informed of the price range to expect. There are certain interventions that are common and for which prices have been set in advance. For different other interventions, especially those requiring beforehand the diagnosis of the DoviApp worker, DoviApp practices two invoicing methods, based on the preference of the client.
- Rates can be calculated on an hourly basis, based on the duration of the work required during the worker’s intervention; OR
- The client could opt for a flat rate for the entire intervention, which must be negotiated with the worker.
Before the beginning of any work, the client must agree with the worker on the invoicing mode they will select. The agreed mode will be entered by the Worker and approved by the Client before the work starts.
